It’s Been a Year
I can not believe how fast a year goes by. 366 days I have had my blog. I started it a year ago today with the post, Jumping into the Blog World. This is my 209th blog post. I really didn’t know whether or not it would last or if any one would read this little blog, but I really wanted to start blogging. I planned to blog about my thrifting adventures, my scrapbooking and my photography. For the most part that is what I have been doing. The winter it is harder to blog about thrifting since there is very little to thrift in North Dakota during those months. However, I have regularly posted except for the month of May. Life just has a way of going crazy, and that is ok.
At this point, I plan to keep blogging about these three topics with a few other things thrown in from time to time. Like my post yesterday about the Stain Remover.
I have enjoyed linking up to Blog Parties such as Would You Buy It at Junker Newbie. Or Mondays at Apron Thrift Girl’s Thrift Share Monday. Or several other flea market, junk finding blogs.
If you have anything you would like me to blog more about or if you have a favorite blog post you remember seeing, please let me know. I love comments on my blog.
If you are thinking of starting a blog, I say go for it. I have met some great people through this blog. Before you start you may want to read the post 10 Things to Know Before You Start a Blog by Cleverly Inspired. I am no expert, and her ideas are wonderful.
Thank you to each and every person who has read my blog or commented. You have become a part of my life that I truly enjoy. Here’s to the next year of blogging. I hope that a year from now I again can say I posted 208 posts with fun junkin’ finds, scrapbook pages completed and improved photography.
